Conference focused on providing educational opportunities to address community challenges and rectify social injustices. Keynote speakers included former U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, Donna E. Shalala and environmentalist Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Featured three days of pre-conference workshops, a NASPA Foundation Silent Auction and a special gathering at the National Constitution Center.

The largest information and knowledge management exposition in North America and the most significant gathering of content and technology providers in the world featured 222 organizations this year. Three-time Pulitzer Prize winner and author Thomas Friedman was a keynote speaker. The nearby National Constitution Center offered a venue for the conference's Awards and Leadership Reception.

International Society for Technology in Education 

Event Overview
The world's leading educational technology event and a major platform for the collaboration of students, technology education professionals and corporate representatives. Attendees chose from more than 700 sessions, including hands-on labs, poster presentations, themed lounges and playgrounds. Many also opted to meet at Independence Hall for a walking tour of Philadelphia.
