National Shrine of Saint John Neumann
- The body of St. John Neumann is laid to rest beneath the glass altar in this shrine. An immigrant from Bohemia who was ordained a priest in New York City, Neumann was the first to join the Redemptorists in the United States. During his eight years as the fourth Bishop of Philadelphia, he dedicated himself to helping immigrants, the poor and impoverished children.
