THE GAME IS IN PHILADELPHIA

Philadelphia has been selected as one of 27 cities to move forward with the USA Bid Committee in efforts to host the 2018/2022 FIFA World Cup™ in the United States.

The FIFA World Cup™ is the largest sporting event in the world. Hosting it would be a huge boost for the sport of soccer throughout the United States and here in our own region. In addition, each of the host cities would host thousands of international visitors and garner invaluable international exposure.

Now is the time to show that Philadelphia is dedicated to the cause of bringing the FIFA World Cup™ back to the U.S. and to our city. The power of our bid ultimately lies in the number of people who stand up, get involved, and proclaim to the world, "The Game is in US."
